Client Success Manager

Full Time

This role plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated healthcare division implementation projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The position is a success-oriented role and is expected to work closely with key clients to help them achieve their goals utilize Clear Arch Health services. Duties will include but, are not limited to the following areas:

  • Reviews status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.
  • Prepares implementation status reports for management.
  • Acts as the central point of contact for integration projects and complex partner onboarding projects.
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
  • Works closely with the Business Development leads and Account Management to progress partner onboarding projects from inception to the operational phase.
  • Work closely with key clients to understand program goals and to ensure program success

Business Development Specialist

Full Time

This role focuses on achieving business results by using resources efficiently and effectively, setting clear objectives and goals, orchestrating multiple activities as well as developing team members within the business development department. Duties will include but, are not limited to the following areas:

  • Respond to, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Capture customer contact information and document the customer’s needs.
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene by providing visibility to sales opportunities that fall outside of established best practices.
  • Provides customer Information and escalates opportunities as directed.
  • Document and assign inbound opportunities using CRM (Calls, Emails & Live Chat)
  • Identify potential customers, create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.

Sales Operations Support Specialist

Full Time

This role will focus specifically on developing RFP & RFI ( opportunity identification, proposal preparation & document management). This position will be heavily involved with Sales Support as well CRM – Lead & Pipeline Management. Duties will include but, are not limited to the following areas:

  • Function as a project manager coordinating and completing responses to RFI/RFP opportunities. Responsible for accuracy and to meet timelines of each response.  Consistency being key.
  • Monitor business intelligence platform to discover leads and RFI/RFP opportunities.
  • Ensure pipeline hygiene by providing visibility to sales opportunities that fall outside of established best practices.
  • Coordinate RFP Demonstrations and stakeholder involvement for virtual and onsite meetings.
  • Respond to, engage, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Capture customer contact information and document the customer’s needs.
