Clear Arch Health to Present at America’s Health Insurance Plans Forum

Company to present on unique strategy, utilizing engaging connected health technology, which can streamline access to care and address social determinants of health

BOCA RATON, FL – December 7, 2020 – Clear Arch Health, a leading provider of mobile personal emergency response system (mPERS) and remote patient monitoring (RPM) technology, announced today that the company will exhibit and speak at the America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) Consumer Experience & Digital Health Forum 2020 Online, held virtually December 7-9.

The session, presented by Chris A. Otto, Senior Vice President and Es Nash, MD, Healthcare Advisory Board Member, is titled Using Technology to Address Real-time SDoH and Chronic Care Needs. Heather Sellar, Business Development, Payers, will provide an introduction. The presentation will demonstrate how a unique strategy, utilizing engaging connected health technology, can connect members to triage services and result in streamlined access to care. The presentation will be featured to conference registrants on Wednesday December 9 at 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM with live Q&A available to chat with speakers. The recorded session will also be offered on-demand for 30 days to forum registrants.

“We are excited to share use cases for our tablet-based member engagement platform that is combined with enhanced protocols that connect members to needed personal health, social services and emergency services on demand,” said Otto. “Our goal is to provide health plans with a tool that will help increase recruitment, improve levels of member engagement, and lead to member retention and improved outcomes.”

The Clear Arch Health approach identifies real-time social determinants of health (SDoH) barriers allowing health plans to deliver the right care at the right time to members. Using the platform, health plans can identify members with gaps in care using interactive assessment tools, as well as provide members access to on-screen resources for a wide range of SDoH needs such as scheduling transportation, filling prescriptions, or arranging meal delivery.

“This session will describe novel solutions that put simple technology at the member’s fingertips to streamline both triage for acute services as well as immediately finding barriers to care for ongoing chronic conditions. Health plans can get expanded supplemental benefits to the members at highest risk and real need by utilizing self-reported member data. This approach encourages engagement and provides a clear benefit to members and health plans by helping members reach specific network resources,” said Nash.

The AHIP forum will include keynote presentations, panel discussions, interactive sessions, and exhibitor engagements.
