Clear Arch Health to Present Webinar on the The Next Level of Connected Care for Medicare Advantage Plans
Company to present a live, panel-style discussion featuring Esther Nash, MD, to discuss challenges in identifying health plan members with SDOH needs
BOCA RATON, FL – January 22, 2021 – Clear Arch Health, a leading provider of remote patient monitoring (RPM) and mobile personal emergency response system (mPERS) solutions, announced today that the company will offer a complimentary live webinar titled, “The Next Level in Connected Care – Triaging Emergent Care to Addressing SDOH Challenges with Member Assistance at the Press of a Button.”
The presentation will be featured to registrants on Thursday, January 28 at 3:00 PM with live Q&A available to chat with speakers.
The panel-style session will be hosted by Jerriene Cordova, Director, Telehealth Programs for Clear Arch Health. Jerriene will welcome industry expert and Clear Arch Health Healthcare Advisory Board Member, Esther Nash, MD. Dr. Nash will discuss the challenges facing health plans in identifying and reaching members who may need social determinants of health (SDoH) services.
“It is well understood that unmet social needs are associated with increased healthcare utilization but we can’t work on the issue until members with SDoH are identified. In this webinar, audience members will be shown how technology can help identify the members with addressable real time needs and streamline the process to address these social determinants of health,” said Dr. Nash.
The webinar will offer details about Clear Advantage, a unique solution to support health plan members in need. The company’s Business Development Manager for Payers, Heather Sellar, will present details on the program and Chris A. Otto, SVP, Clear Arch Health, will offer an overview of the technology.
“This discussion will be of particular interest to payer organizations looking to offer new benefits to differentiate their Medicare Advantage plans, as well as plans looking to enhance ongoing SDOH efforts,” said Heather Sellar, Business Development Manager, Payers, for Clear Arch Health.
Registration for the webinar is available free of charge on the Clear Arch Health Website.
